Dear Readers
Scientific Papers Scientifica Acta Academiae Ostroviensis is important-reviewed scientific journal, published by the School of Business and Entrepre-neurship in Ostrowiec. The goal of the publisher and the editor is to create a space for the exchange of research experience in the social sciences on the line administration - science - business, whose role is crucial to stimulate changes in the economy.
On the pages of Cahier articles, reviews and other materials in the field of social sciences. The booklet contains the texts that cover the knowledge ar-eas such as economics, administration, security, education, geodesy.
The work presented by the authors - WSBiP academics and researchers from other research centers in the country and abroad - are presented in Eng-lish, Polish and congress languages. The letter appears in print twice a year. Full-text articles are available under the internet address editorial: zn.wsbip.edu.pl. Editors will observe the content of the manuscript, but the ar-ticles are responsible for the content of their authors. Therefore, the Publisher nor the Council accept no liability whatsoever for the consequences of any dis-honesty.
Editors would like to thank all the authors for making the efford and preparing the original scientific studies which significantly enrich the achieve-ments of research on the subject.
