Summary
T he Thesis show s preposition o f the com plex the technical m ean recirculation m ethod, w hich m ake possible universal system atization o f know ledge. The proposed solution Computer aids the follow ing stages o f recirculation process like: disassem bly, initial decision for sending elem ents to technical State exam inations, elem ent technical state exam ination, finał decision for sending elem ents to refurbishing. The presented thesis proves that is possible to retrieve w ith reverse engineering an elem ent approxim ate design and m ateriał features w ith assum ption o f sim ilar like pattern elem ent exploitation conditions. O lher aspect presented in the thesis is the autom atic m ateriał loss (surface) deteclion based on 3D m odel o f elem ent (rotational sym m etric shape) that w as laser scanned (point cloud - solid m odel). The detection is based on singular space volum etric com pare o f sam ple m odel and reference m odel. Then in itch singular space w here m ateriał loss is detected, autom atic the depth detection is made. A ccording to the retrieved data, is possible to m odify reference m odel and prepare turning technological operation for cladding reconstruction operations. Sim ultaneously data are stored in the database for futurę analysis oriented for elem ent refurbishing in next singular cycle in the technical m ean recirculation. The autom atic m ateriał loss detection correctness is proved w ith the two separate research experim ents on the tw o different elem ents (different in geom etry and m ateriał features). Thesis contains preposition o f the solution for se m i- autom atic disassem bly seąuence preparation, w hich results are: the disassem bly sheet and the directional graph that describes d isassem bly rangę in technical m ean. N ext presented aspect, is the autom atic elem ent relative cost com putation, w hich is an aggregation o f the dissim ilar, originate values ratios, like: jo in s ąuantity, surfaces quantity, total elem ent surface, total elem ent m ass. The presented solution show that relative cost is reflects to m ass o f elem ent and its com plexity. Each case is stored in the date base prepared with MS SQL Seiwer softw are. T he source code and interface is prepared in MS V isual Studio environm ent. T he case description is based on literaturę analysis and data gathered in coal m ine exploitation environm ent exam ination. T he thesis consist preposition o f the new solution, oriented to Computer aid overhaul in technical m ean m ultiple recondition to preserve it further exploitation.
