Opracowano dwa algorytmy sterowania sprężyną w układzie redukcji drgań prostych układów mechanicznych o jednym i dwóch stopniach swobody. Zaprojektowano i wykonano regulator prądu do sterowania sprężyną. Przeprowadzono analizę bilansu mocy układu redukcji drgań, w którym zastosowano sprężynę magnetyczną. Zaprojektowano i wykonano system odzysku energii. System ten został zbadany na stanowisku laboratoryjnym. W pracy przedstawiono szereg wyników obliczeń i pomiarów, sformułowano wnioski i nakreślono program dalszych badań.
Controlled magnetic spring and its application in vibration reduction systems with energy regenerative system
The Ph.D. thesis presents the new design of the magnetic spring and its application to active reduction systems. Force exerted by the magnetic spring is a result of interaction of magnetic fields formed by magnets and coils. The force of the spring can be modified by changing the current in coils. Static characteristic of the spring were determined using results of FE calculations and experiments. In order to reduce the mechanical vibrations by using the reduction systems with magnetic spring two algorithms were proposed. The systems were applied in one- and two-degrees of freedom system. The special current regulator for the magnetic spring was designed and carried out. The analysis of power balance in a vibration reduction system with the magnetic spring was presented. The interaction between mechanical and electrical subsystems was considered and the energy transferred between subsystems was determined. The energy regenerative system was designed and tested on laboratory setup. Selected results of numerical simulations and laboratory tests were presented. In the last part of this thesis the achievements of the research are summarized and future works in this area are proposed.
