Double blind peer review procedure
1. In order to assess a q u ality of subm itted p u blicatio n the E d ito ria l Board con sults at least tw o outside referees (not affiliated to any of the authors' in stitu tions) w h ich are recognized experts in the sp ecific field .
2. A t least one of the referees m ust represent a foreign institutio n (i.e. an in sti tution located in other country than the hom e in stitu tio n of each author). 3. The jo urn al uses double b lin d peer review p o licy, i.e. neither the author nor
the referee know s the id en tity of the other. In addition, each referee sign s a declaration of no conflict of interests, w hereby the conflict of interest is defined as a direct personal relation sh ip (kin sh ip to the second degree, legal relationships, m arriage) or a professional scie n tific cooperation between the referee and the author w h ich took place at least once in the past tw o years preceding the year of accepting the in vita tio n to review .
4. O n ly w ritten referee reports are considered (jou rn al does not accept face- to-face or p h one-call- based reports). Each report sh o u ld clearly express the referee's fin a l recom m endation (i.e. w hether the article sh o u ld be accepted for pu blication , revised or rejected). The referees are k in d ly requested to fill the review form w hich can be found in "Fo r review ers" section. In general, the referees are asked to:
— assess:
• the scientific importance o f the submission’s topic, • the quality o f research;
— verify whether:
• the Abstract is concise and informative,
• the facts and interpretations are satisfactorily separated in the text, • the interpretations and conclusions follow from the data,
• the length and structure o f the paper is appropriate, • the paper can be shortened without loss o f quality,

• all the tables and figures are necessary,
• the diagrams and photographs are o f g o o d quality, • there are all essential figures that should be prepared, • all the references are exact,
• the manuscript requires p ro o f reading by native speaker, • there is sufficient attention given to previous research. 5. The nam es of the referees of p articu lar articles are classified. 6. O nce a year the jo urn al p ublishes the com plete list of referees.
