J.J. Huijskes Common actuating Tool. A low cost diverless subsea manifold concept Masters thesis, Report 87.3.OS.2260, Transport Engineering and Logistics.
Within this study, the technical and economical feasibility of a "Common Actuating Tool" (CAT) manifold concept is investigated. The CAT is a robot system, operating and exchanging the valves in a diverless subsea manifold.
The CAT manifold concept proves to be attractive when compared to other diverless manifold concepts. Reports on Transport Engineering and Logistics (in Dutch)
