Metoda oceny wpływu zmiennego zapotrzebowania odbiorców węgla kamiennego
na efektywność funkcjonowania
wielozakładowego przedsiębiorstwa górniczego
Streszczenie
Opracowana przez autora metoda umożliwia ocenę efektywności funkcjonowania wie- lozakładowego przedsiębiorstwa górniczego w przekroju wielowariantowości zmian zapo- trzebowania odbiorców węgla kamiennego. Uzyskane opracowaną metodą badań wyniki, w postaci histogramów wahań wybranych wielkości techniczno-ekonomicznych, jak np.:
ilościowo-jakościowa struktura asortymentowa produkcji, poziom zapasów węgla, stopień wykorzystania zdolności produkcyjnych, wartość progu rentowności, dostarczają informacji o prawdopodobieństwie kształtowania się w przyszłości wielkości analizowanych wskaź- ników, bądź to w odniesieniu do planu produkcji, bądź innych kryteriów ustalonych przez kadrę kierowniczą. Dzięki temu możliwe jest korygowanie planów produkcyjnych kopalń w analizowanym przedziale czasowym, w przekroju założonej wariantowości zmian zapo- trzebowania odbiorców węgla kamiennego.
Weryfikację opracowanej metody w rzeczywistych warunkach funkcjonowania ana- lizowanego wielozakładowego przedsiębiorstwa górniczego przeprowadzono, bazując na opracowanym przez autora pracy programie obliczeniowym (SmpRand). Na bazie zebra- nych danych źródłowych wykonano odpowiednie obliczenia, których wybrane wyniki przedstawiono w formie tabelarycznej i zinterpretowano graficznie. Weryfikacja ta doty- czyła w szczególności oceny wpływu zmiennego zapotrzebowania odbiorców węgla ka- miennego na takie wskaźniki techniczno-ekonomiczne jak: zysk i rentowność sprzedaży, struktura asortymentowa produkcji i poziom zapasów węgla, stopień wykorzystania zdol- ności produkcyjnych, próg rentowności, stopień dźwigni operacyjnej wielozakładowego przedsiębiorstwa górniczego i poszczególnych kopalń, w przekroju wielowariantowości zmian poziomów zapotrzebowania odbiorców węgla. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na wieloasortymentowość i jakość wydobywanego przez kopalnie węgla, w wyniku czego stwarza się przesłanki do podejmowania racjonalnych decyzji produkcyjnych na szczeblu kierownictwa przedsiębiorstwa górniczego.
Na tle analizy aktualnego stanu badań, związanego z obliczaniem progu rentowności przy produkcji wieloasortymentowej, zaproponowano nowatorską koncepcję jego obliczania i analizy dla kopalń węgla kamiennego. W ramach opracowanej koncepcji autor zapropono- wał dwie własne metody obliczania progu rentowności. Istotnym novum w przedstawionej przez autora koncepcji jest zastosowanie ujęcia procentowego progu rentowności, które do- tąd nie było prezentowane w literaturze przedmiotu.

Zaproponowana metoda oceny efektywności funkcjonowania wielozakładowego przed- siębiorstwa górniczego w przekroju wielowariantowości zmian zapotrzebowania odbiorców węgla kamiennego, jak również autorska koncepcja obliczania wieloasortymentowego pro- gu rentowności dla kopalń węgla kamiennego, mogą stanowić przydatne i w miarę proste narzędzia interpretacji uzyskiwanych wyników oraz wspomagania kadry kierowniczej w po- dejmowaniu decyzji, przede wszystkim w zakresie planowania ilościowo-jakościowej struk- tury produkcji i sprzedaży węgla dla wielozakładowego przedsiębiorstwa górniczego.

The Method for the Assessment of the Impact of Variable Demand of Hard Coal Consumers on the Effectiveness of the Operation
of a Multi-Facility Mining Enterprise
Summary
The method developed by the author facilitates the assessment of the effectiveness of operation of a multi-facility mining enterprise in the multi-variant cross-section of changes in the demand of hard coal consumers. The obtained results, on the basis of the developed test method, in the form of histographs of fluctuations of selected technical and economic values, such as, e.g. quantitative and qualitative production assortment structure, coal re- serves level, the degree of utilisation of processing capacity, and the BEP value, provide information on the probability of shaping the future values of indicators subject to analy- sis, be it in relation to the production plan or other criteria set forth by the management.
This facilitates the correction of mines’ production plans in the analysed time interval, in the cross-section of the assumed variant-nature of the changes in the demand of hard coal consumers.
The verification of the developed method under the real operation conditions of the ana- lysed multi-facility mining enterprise was carried out on the basis of the computing software (SmpRand) developed by the author of this paper. On the basis of the collected source data computations were performed and their results were presented in the form of a table and in- terpreted graphically. The verification in particular pertained to the assessment of the impact of the variable demand of hard coal consumers on such technical and economic indicators as: profit and sales profitability, production assortment structure, the degree of the operating leverage of a multi-facility mining enterprise and individual mines in the cross-section of the multi-variant nature of the changes of the level of the demand of coal consumers. Particular attention was drawn to the multi-assortment nature and quality of the coal extracted by the mine. This results in the creation of premises for making rational production-related deci- sions on the managerial level of the mining enterprise.
Against the background of the analysis of the up-to-date status of the research related to the calculation of the BEP in case of multi-assortment production, an innovative concept for the calculation and analysis thereof for hard coal mines was proposed. In the frames of the developed concept, the author proposed his two own methods for the BEP calculation. A sub- stantial novum in the concept presented by the author is the application of the BEP percentage approach, so far not presented in the literature of the subject.

consumers as well as the author’s own concept for the calculation of the multi-assortment BEP for hard coal mines, as proposed by the author, can constitute useful and relatively sim- ple tools for interpretation of the obtained results as well as useful and relatively simple tools assisting the managerial staff in the decision-making process, first and foremost, in the scope of planning of the quantity and quality structure of production and sales of coal for a multi- -facility mining enterprise.
