Tematyka dysertacji obejmuje opracowanie i parametryzację odpornych cieplnie stopów aluminium-cyrkon oraz opracowanie propozycji konstrukcji przewodów HTLS (High Temperature Low Sag).
Realizacja powyższych zagadnień możliwa jest poprzez przeprowadzenie prac studialnych, analitycznych i eksperymentalnych, a w tym opracowanie i wytworzenie materiału do badań, opracowanie metodyki i parametryzacja odporności cieplnej materiału oraz opracowanie naprężeniowo-temperaturowego modelu pracy przewodów HTLS. Głównym problemem naukowym pracy jest opracowanie metodyki szacowania dopuszczalnych temperatur długoczasowej eksploatacji materiałów przewodowych na bazie aluminium (odporność cieplna długoczasowa) ograniczających ryzyko niekontrolowanej degradacji ich własności wytrzymałościowych. W celu określenia odporności cieplnej wykorzystano równanie oraz wykres Arrheniusa.
Parametryzacja opracowanych stopów AlZr pozwoliła na określenie warunków do przeprowadzenia prac projektowych, których głównym efektem były prototypy konstrukcji przewodów HTLS oraz ich charakterystyki zwis-temperatura i obciążalność prądowa. Opracowanie odpornych cieplnie przewodowych stopów AlZr umożliwiło podwyższenie temperatur roboczych przewodów do poziomu 230°C, co przekłada się na rozwój nowych konstrukcji przewodów wysokotemperaturowych (HT), a dzięki niskorozszerzalnym cieplnie nośnym rdzeniom także niskozwisowych (LS). Stworzyło to solidne podstawy do wdrażania w wysokoobciążalnych prądowo linii elektroenergetycznych, nowoczesnych przewodów o nazwie HTLS.
The choice of the material and the development construction of high temperature electrical conductor based on AlZr alloys
The subject of a dissertation is development and parameterization of heat-resistant aluminium-zirconium alloys and development prototypes of HTLS conductors construction (High Temperature Low Sag).
Implementation of the above issues, it is possible to by carrying out the work to be analytical and experimental and moreover a development and production of material for research, development of the methodology and parameterization the long-term heat resistance of the material and to develop appropriate working model of HTLS conductors. The main problem of scientific work is to develop the methodologies for estimation maximum temperatures for long-term exploitation materials wired aluminium based (long-term heat resistance) which limited a risk of an uncontrolled degradation of their mechanical properties. In order to determine the heat-resistance of the material was used an equation and a graph of Arrhenius.
Parameterization of designed AlZr alloys has to define the conditions to carry out the work of the project, whose main results were prototypes of HTLS conductors construction and their overhang-temperature and current capacity characteristics. Development of heat-resistant AlZr alloys, enabled to increase the working temperature of a conductor up to 230 Celsius degree. This allows to development of new constructions of high-temperature (HT) and low sag (LS) conductors. In this work created a good base for the implementation in the high voltage power lines a modern HTLS conductors.
