Tematyka pracy doktorskiej dotyczy badań nad wpływem zmiany parametru temperatury oraz naprężenia na proces niskotemperaturowego pełzania drutów ze stopu AlMgSi, stosowanych w napowietrznych przewodach elektroenergetycznych. Praca swym zakresem obejmuje szereg badań nad uzyskaniem drutów charakteryzujących się ponadstandardowymi własnościami elektrycznymi; przebadaniem ich własności reologiczny w stałych jak i zmiennych warunkach temperatury i naprężenia; a także symulacji ukazującej jak naprężeniowo-temperaturowe warunki eksploatacyjne przewodów napowietrznych wpływają na przebieg procesu pełzania. Celem symulacji było określenie najkorzystniejszych warunków montażowych, rozpiętości przęsła i typu przewodu jako czynniki wpływające na dalsze zachowanie reologiczne przewodu w przęśle, tak aby zminimalizować intensywność oraz wielkości odkształcenia pochodzenia Teologicznego. Uzyskane w pracy wyniki, stanowią podstawowe założenia do nowego podejścia projektowego i montażowego przewodów elektroenergetycznych w przęśle linii napowietrznej, tak aby zminimalizować ich aktywność reologiczną oraz, żeby mogły być bezpiecznie eksploatowane przez jak najdłuższy okres czasu.
Low - temperature creep tests of AlMgSi conductor alloys under changing conditions of stress and temperature.
PhD dissertation concerns the examination of temperature parameter variation and stress influence on the low- temperature creep process of AlMgSi alloy wires which are used in overhead conductors lines. Scope of the work includes a series of studies on development of wires with above standard electrical properties; testing of their rheological properties in constant and in variable conditions of temperature and stress; and finally a simulation showing how the stress-temperature operating conditions of overhead conductors influence on the creep process. The aim of the simulation was to determine the best conditions for conductor assembly, span length and type of conductor as a factor influenced by the rheological behavior of conductors working in the span in order to minimize the intensity and the amount of rheological deformation. Research results of this work constitute the basic foundation for a new approach to design and installation of conductors in the span of the overhead line to minimize their rheological activity which allows them to be safely operated for as long as possible.
