KNOWLEDGE
AW01 has basic knowledge of physics and mathematics and astronomy AW02 knows the basics of mathematical statistics sufficient to allow
analysis of experimental data and presentation of results obtained from astronomical observations
AW03 knows the role of theory and observation in astronomical research AW04 knows the physical principles of operation of observational
instruments and measurement equipment used in astronomy AW05 knows basic numerical methods used in astronomy
AW06 knows the role of observation, experiment and thought experiment in the learning process
AW07 knows the most important astronomical data bases, selected scripting languages and software packages used to analyze data obtained through astronomical observations
