W arm in y o u r h e a rt, gratefully remembered, are all the wise words spoken, the sound deci

sions taken in the days before separation! And fortunate are the men and women who — together

— look ahead and plan a fitting family m onum ent. For this is one matter too im portant to leave for only one o f you, or someone else, to settle later.

T h a t is why thoughtful men and women decide on Rock of Ages family m onuments. For in Rock of Ages you have not only a material of surpassing beauty and distinction —you are assured of a m onum ent that, literally, will last forever. Every Rock of Ages M onum ent is guaranteed in perpetuity by a Rock of Ages Bonded Guarantee.

W e suggest that you investigate Rock o f Ages —now!

T the Last Supper the Divine Saviour was th in k in g of a ll h u m a n souls when He instituted the Holy Eucharist. He placed no lim itations on His love. Down through the years, in a ll parts of the world, the Sacrifice of the Mass has been re

peated day after day for the benefit of successive generations. His devoted friends are allow ed to p ar

take of His Sacred Body and Blood in Holy Com

m union. He w aits h u m b ly in His Sacram ental Home in the tabernacles of the world for visits from his beloved creatures.

As the Lenten season begins, fervent followers of our Lord are desirous of purifying the love of their hearts for the D ivine Master by penance and prayer.

The Church gives certain explicit regulations for the conduct of Catholics durin g the days from Ash W ed

nesday u n til Holy Saturday. The true lovers of Christ are alw ays eager to give proofs of their affection beyond the lim its of strict obligation.

W h y not m ake the Lenten resolution to attend the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and receive Holy Com m u n io n daily? It m eans honest sacrifice for most people, bu t the reward is the privilege of liv in g the fu ll Christian life from day to day. There is little doubt about the inspiring advance in holiness of a person w ho makes a determined effort to spend each day in the state of sanctifying grace, free from seri

ous sin, in close intim acy w ith our Saviour. Near to the Sacred Heart of Jesus a person

learns the need and appreciates the privilege of offering reparation to H im for the coldness and i n gratitude of a sin fu l world.
