Wstęp
Niniejsza publikacja to ciekawy test będący próbą systematyzacji angielskich przyimków na zasadzie zestawień i porównań. Praca niniejsza adresowana jest do tych osób, które mogą pochwalić się znajomością języka angielskiego w zakresie rozmaitych podręczników, jednak pragną rozszerzyć swoje wiadomości i dojść z czasem do gruntownego opanowania tego języka. Osoby te znajdą tutaj rozmaite przykłady zdań z przyimkami, których podręczniki uprzednio przerobione nie mogły - chociażby ze względu na szczupły zakres - wyczerpująco przedstawić. Niniejsza publikacja odda wielkie usługi Czytelnikom, którzy pomimo znajomości języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym, nie znajdują odpowiedzi na wiele pytań odnośnie praktycznego użycia przyimków w szerokiej palecie kontekstów.
W puste miejsca należy wpisać właściwe przyimki z wybranych powyżej. Czasami w danym kontekście pasują dwa przyimki ___ /___, np. He is at/in the station lub trzy, np. W puste miejsca należy wpisać właściwe przyimki z wybranych powyżej. Czasami w danym kontekście pasują dwa przyimki ___ /___, np. He is at/in the station lub trzy, np. We had to fly by/on/with British Airways. Po rozwiązaniu 50 przykładów można zajrzeć do klucza i sprawdzić poprawność odpowiedzi wpisując punkty, jeśli odpowiedź jest prawidłowa, lub nie, jeśli odpowiedź jest błędna, np. SCORE 3/3 points. Po rozwiązaniu 50 przykładów z testu, punkty należy zsumować.
Suma wszystkich punktów z całego testu jest podana na końcu.
