EA, ΔH# i AS#.
Sferyczne cząstki (D=1.5±0.6181±31nm) uzyskano gdy dodano PVA, natomiast gwiazdy gdy jony Au(III) redukowano H2Asc i stabilizowano PVP. Zastosowanie μR do syntezy NPt otrzymanych
W wyniku prowadzonych syntez uzyskano sferyczne NPt, stabilne w czasie o rozmiarach w zakresie 2 5nm.
"The synthesis of gold and platinum nanoparticles in microreactor systems"
Abstract: The process of gold (AuNPs) and platinum (PtNPs) nanoparticles synthesis consists of a few stages: reduction, nucleation, growth and stabilization. In this study the kinetic equations and the mechanism of chloride complex Au(III) and Pt(IV) ions with L-ascorbic acid (H2ASC) and sodium borohydride (NaBH4) were
determined. Based on these results the kinetics parameters i.e.EA, ΔH# and AS# were
calculated. Using Watzky- Finke model the values of observed rate constants of nucleation and growth process without and with addition such stabilizers as polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polivinylpirrolidone (PVP) were determined. The obtained results were used for an adequate choice of the microreactor (μR) parameters (dimensions of channels, flow rates, temperatures). In case of AuNPs, there was observed that decreasing of size (a narrow distribution) is followed by an increasing the flow rate. The shape depends on a kind of used stabilizer. The spherical particles (D =1.5±0.6 181±31nm) were obtained when PVA was added, whereas stars-shaped particles were obtained when the Au ions were reduced by H2Asc and stabilized with PVP. The application of |iR for synthesis of PtNPs
obtained as a result of reaction reduction of Pt(IV) ions NaBH4 was due to present of
a gaseous hydrogen, which emission was limited in the flow. Whereas in case the reduction of Pt ions with H2Asc, the using of μR made possible the conducting
synthesis process under extreme conditions for aqueous solution (105°C and back pressure 2 bars). As results the spherical particles of Pt, stable and with size in the range of 2 5nm were obtained.
