SZABLON DO PRACY Z UCZNIEM

1. Answer key to reading.

-A HOLIDAY COMPLAINT-

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing his letter, because I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with the holiday organised by your firm I went on.

First of all, I must say that this holiday was really unforgettable. I had never been so disappointed with what happened to me.

Unfortunately, the information on your advertisement was far from the truth. I would hardly call only two activities offered each day “a wide range”. What is more, on eight days of our stay neither windsurfing nor sailing was offered.

Furthermore spending three days in the rain on camping expedition or learning how to solve problems by being shouted at by the rest of the group, was not very joyful.

But the most serious of my complaints is that instead of staying at Wildside Hall, which was full, we were put in a youth hostel, seven miles away. We never saw the Hall as we were not able to go there by bus or car.

Because of that fact, the only facilities we could enjoy were those at youth hostel: table tennis and a pack of cards.

If this were not enough, it was just like the army. Perhaps comfortable double rooms and talented kitchen staff were true of Wildside Hall, but not of the hostel.

I hope that the matter will be resolved quickly and that my money will be promptly refunded.

Your faithfully, Joni Mitchell.
