Boy: Some vegetable soup for dinner and later some ice-cream and two pieces of chocolate cake with cherries.
Woman: I think you ate too much sweet food. Take these pills today and don’t eat any more sweets.

Woman: Sure I do. You can cut some potatoes and carrots.
Boy: What are you cooking?
Woman: Vegetable soup.
Boy: That sounds delicious!

Woman: Do you know where I can buy some vegetables?
Man: At the local market. It’s not far from here. Turn left and you’ll see it on your right.

Girl: Yesterday I was putting some plates, cups and glasses into the dishwasher and I broke my sister’s favourite cup. It will be a problem.

Boy: Hi, Lily. Guess what! I met Robin Right yesterday!
Girl: Robin Right? That famous football player?
Boy: Yes. I was going through the park and he was there playing with his daughter. Two hours later my sister saw him in the nearby restaurant. His team has a match here tomorrow.
Girl: Cool.

Boy: When I was a small boy, I wanted to have a brother or sister. There are only three people in my family: mum, dad and me. I don’t have any brothers or sisters but that’s OK. We are happy together.

Girl: Yes. We had to read books about the detective, Sherlock Holmes, and next there was a computer quiz about the books. We were the best.
Boy: Good job. What did you win?
Girl: New sports equipment for our school – balls and tennis rackets.

Boy: I also want to put some posters of my favourite actors on one of the walls. I’ll get them from my brother next week. And have a look at my new desk.
