W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań hydraulicznych spoiw drogowych zawierających poza zmielonym klinkierem portlandzkim odpady przemysłowe: żużle stalownicze i popioły lotne ze spalania węgla brunatnego w koliach fluidalnych. Zbadano podstawowe właściwości użytkowe spoiw takie jak: wytrzymałość, wodożądność. czas wiązania, zmiany liniowe, odporność na korozję siarczanową, mrozoodporność, jak i również określono postęp hydratacji spoiw drogowych metodą analizy rentgenowskiej, analizy termicznej DTA/TG. Zbadano morfologię produktów hydratacji stosując do tego celu mikroskopię SEM/EDS. Dla spoiw zawierających 30% mas. zmielonego klinkieru uzyskano zadowalające wyniki wytrzymałości, cech użytkowych oraz trwałości.

The influence of calcium sulfite on strength development of hydraulic road binders containing steel slags and fly ashes

The thesis shows research results of hydraulic road binders containing, besides ground portland clinker, industrial by-products: steelmaking slags and fly ashes from fluidized bed combustion of lignite. Basic properties of binders were examined: strength. W/C ratio, time of setting, expansion sulfate corrosion resistance, freeze- thaw resistance. What is more, hydration kinetics were investigated by the means of x-ray diffraction analysis and DTA/TG thermal analysis. Binders containing 30% mas. of ground portland clinker have shown satisfying results of strength, performance parameters and durability.
