E in g e fü h rt w u rd e n im v o rig e n J a h re 213 449 tons gegen 167 795 tons in 1936, so daß sich eine N e tto a u s fu h r, also eine A u s fu h r v o n K a u ts c h u k , den M a la y a se lb st e rzeugte, v o n 468 189 tons in 1937 u n d 352 392 tons in 1936 e rg ib t. D e r Z u sta n d de r E in g e b o re n e n p fla n z u n g e n b le ib t b e tr ä c h tlic h h in te r dem de r E u ro p ä e rp fla n z u n g e n z u rü c k , V o n den gesam ten E in g e b o re n e n p fla n zu n g e n b e fin d e n sich n u r 4,3 P roz. in g u te m und 17,7 P roz. in z ie m lic h g u te m Z u sta n d . 253 000 ha w e rd e n als m itte lm ä ß ig u n d 135 000 ha als sch le c h t b e ze ich n e t.

W ie schon s e it J a h re n h a t d ie K a u ts c h u k g e w in n u n g I n d o c h i n a s 1937 a b e rm a ls re c h t w e s e n tlic h zugenom m en, v e rs c h iffte doch dieses L a n d 43 387 tons gegen 40 769 tons in 1936 u n d n u r 28 700 tons in 1935.
