Der Vortrag soll zu m Nachdenken veranlassen''und eine Einleitung z u r Untersuchung sein über dieses wichtige Thema, das letzten Endes das „Führerproblem “ heißen m üßte.
Wir haben uns m it den Arbeitern un d Angestellten beschäftigt, u n d es ist A m erika gewesen, das ganz bew ußt und planm äßig sich zuerst m it den führenden Menschen befaßt hat. Dieses Thema fängt auch bei uns an, aktuell zu werden. Wir neigen heute dazu, die Organisation*allzusehr z u überschätzen und von ih r m eh r zu verlangen, als sie bieten kann. Deshalb ist es an der Zeit, a u f die Bedeutung der Persönlichkeit fü r Technik und Industrie m it allem Nachdruck hinzuw irken, und m eine folgenden A usführungen sollen ein kleiner B e itra g jia z u sein.
J e d e s W e r k , in d e m n ic h t n u r S t o f f u n d G e d a n k e n f ü r i r g e n d e in e n Z w e c k z u s a m m e n g e f ü g t s in d , d a s v i e l m e h r b e f ä h i g t s e in s o ll, l e b e n d i g z u w ir k e n , m u ß in s ic h e in e n T e i l d e r g e i s t i g e n u n d s e e lis c h e n E n e r g i e s e in e s U r h e b e r s t r a g e n .
W i r s p r e c h e n v o n d e m g ö t t l ic h e n F u n k e 'n , a u s d e m s c h ö p f e r is c h e T a t e n t s p r in g t , u n d m e in e n d a m i t d ie A u s l ö s u n g d e r K r ä f t e , d ie in e in e m S c h a f f e n d e n r u h e n , e m p f a n g e n a u s d e m E n e r g i e v o r r a t , a u s d e m a lle s L e b e n s t r ö m t . W i r k ö n n e n in d ie s e m B i l d b e f a n g e n b le ib e n , w e n n w i r u n s d e n V o r g a n g s c h ö p f e r is c h e n T u n s ü b e r h a u p t v e r s i n n b ild lic h e n w o ll e n . E s ist, a ls w e n n d ie L e b e n s e n e r g i e n a u s d e m A l l a u f g e n o m m e n w e r d e n d u r c h u n s v e r w a n d t e W e s e n u n d in d ie s e n s ic h t r a n s f o r m i e r e n z u s c h ö p f e r is c h e n T a t e n , d ie u n t e r u n s l e b e n d i g w i r k e n k ö n n e n .
