T a g u n g d e s B u n d e s a n g e s t. d e u ts c h e r A r c h ite k te n und B a u in g e n ie u r e . (B. A. I.) Die d iesjährige B undestagung fand am 11. u nd 12. Ju n i in M agdeburg bei gutem Besuch sta tt. D er B undesvors. Arch. B e h r e n s eröffnete die Tagung und führte N äheres über die Z ukunftsarbeit des Bundes aus. H ierauf hielt d er B undesgeschäftsführer A ich.
F u c k e den T ätig k eitsb erich t über die vielfältige A rbeit des verflossenen Jah res. B esonders interessierten dabei die B estrebungen, die darau f g erich tet w aren, auch den angestellten K ollegen die A ufnahm e in die geplante A icln- tektenkam m er zu erm öglichen, sowie die B em ühungen, an d er V erbesserung des W ettbew erbsw esens m itzu- arbeiten. Aus den statistischen A ngaben ging hervor, daß der Bund sich in langsam er Zunahm e befindet und das Zahlenverhältnis der B auingenieure zu den A rchitekten sich etw as erhöht hat, von 12 v. H. auf 13,4 v. H.
N ach d er E rledigung geschäftlicher A ngelegenheiten wurde in die B esprechung des H auptpunktes: „N am ens
änderung des B undes“, eingetreten, die zum Teil einen bew egten V erlauf nimmt, da m ehrere O rtsgruppen geg en teiliger Meinung sind. N ach län g erer A ussprache w urde mit großer M ehrheit beschlossen, das W o rt „an g e ste llte r“
verschw inden zu lassen. In d e r nun folgenden F e st
legung des neuen N amens w ird die S elbstschutzbezeich
nung B. A. I. gehalten. Die B ezeichnung des Bundes w ird mit „ B ' e r u f s V e r e i n i g u n g d e u t s c h e r A r c h i t e k t e n u. B a u i n g e n i e u r e “ festgelegt. Die E in
führung des neuen N amens soll nach E rledigung d er übrigen F orm alitäten in der nächsten Zeit erfolgen.
Es folgt alsdann d e r B ericht des Arch. N e u m a n n über:
„ A l t e r s v e r s o r g u n g d e r A r c h i t e k t e n u n d I n g e n i e u r e“, in dem auf die N otw endigkeit, ab er auch Schw ierigkeit hingew iesen w ird, eine R egelung zu _ e r
reichen. N ach A ussprache w ird beschlossen, daß B erich t
e rstatter eine D enkschrift au sarb eitet, die den O rtsgruppen zur B eratung und Stellungnahm e übersan d t w erden soll.
W eiterhin fü h rt A rch. G ü n t h e r , M agdeburg, aus, wie w ichtig es ist, für den S c h u t z d e s g e i s t i g e n E i g e n t u m s d e r A n g e s t e l l t e n bem üht zu sein.
Die A usführungen w urden lebhaft besprochen u n d vo n der B undesleitung als A nregung übernom m en.
Bei d e r A ussprache ü b er die A r c h i t e k t e n k a m m e r w urde der W unsch ausgesprochen, das M aterial den O rtsgruppen zuzustellen, dam it auch diese evtl. A n
regungen und B erichte über örtliche B estrebungen geben.
H ierauf w erden die vo n d er O rtsgruppe Chemnitz übersandten R ichtlinien für d as W ettbew erbsw esen von dessem V ertreter, Arch. Geißler, erläu tert. Sie sollen m it einigen Ä nderungen als M aterial von d e r B undesleitung v erw ertet w erden.
F ern er kom m en die d irek ten B e a m t e n - u n d A n g e s t e l l t e n f r a g e n zur B esprechung. Es w ird über w eiteres V orgehen E inigkeit erzielt. B esonders sollen die B em ühungen für die B esserstellung der B eam ten beim D eutschen S täd tetag einsetzen, für die A ngestellten sollen V erhandlungen m it den entsprechenden V erbänden Ab
schlüsse von M itarbeiterverträgen usw . g esu ch t w erden.
A ußerdem w ird die B undesleitung b eau ftrag t, A uf
nahm e im K artell der A usstellerverbände zu b ean trag en , d a nur durch die M itgliedschaft B eteiligung a n A u sstel
lungen möglich ist. —
N a c h s c h r i f t d e r S c h r i f t l c i t u n g . Die B estrebungen d er angestellten A rch itek ten u. Ingenieure, ebenfalls Mitglieder d er g eplanten A rchitekten-K am m er (richtiger der K am m er der freien techn. Berufe) w erden zu können, w ürden den G rundgedanken dieses P lans, w ie er je tz t in einem G esetzentw urf den R eichsm inisterien v o r
liegt (vgl. Nr. 54, S. 456) um stoßen, denn die K am m er ist g ed ach t als die V ertretu n g d er s e l b s t ä n d i g e n A rch i
tek ten u. Ingenieure, nicht aber als S ta n d e sv e rtre tu n g des techn. Berufes überhaupt. Eine K am m er letzterer A rt w ürde sich dann auch auf die B aubeam ten erstreck en m üssen, aber nicht m ehr den Zweck erreichen können, den freien technischen B erufen w irtschaftlichen S chutz zu bieten. —
F e s t der T e c h n ik in B erlin . Am 1. N ovem ber d. J.
w ird in den G esam träum en des B erliner Zoologischen G artens ein „F est der T ech n ik “, als große gesellschaftliche rep räsen tativ e V eran staltu n g abgehalten w erden. Zur D urchführung ist von den g rö ß ten technisch-w issenschaft
lichen V ereinen Berlins, u. a. dem B erliner B ezirksverein D eutscher Ingenieure, dem E lek tro tech n isch en V erein, Berlin M ärkischen B ezirksverein des V ereins D eutscher Chemiker, Landesbezirk B randenburg des Bundes D eutscher A rchitekten usw., Mark. V erein von G as- und W asser-
